- The AI Relevance Report and ChatGPT Ads plans cancel anytime, no fees, no retention calls. Complete AIO Management has a 90-day minimum term, then month-to-month.
- We never guarantee a specific score or rank. Anyone who does isn't being honest with you.
- Review solicitation always means asking real customers for real reviews — never fake or paid reviews.
- Auto-Fix is in early access and isn't purchasable yet — join the list below and we'll email you when it's ready. It will require an active AI Relevance Report subscription.
Refunds & cancellations: the AI Relevance Report is month-to-month — cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. Auto-Fix, once launched, is expected to follow the same month-to-month, cancel-anytime terms as the AI Relevance Report. Complete AIO Management has a 90-day minimum commitment (3 monthly payments); after that it continues month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. The ChatGPT Ads $299 setup fee is non-refundable once work begins; the $249/month management fee is month-to-month and cancellable anytime. No prorated refunds for the current billing period; any prepaid-but-unused month is refunded. If a report fails to generate or deliver, we re-run it or refund that month.
